Hi, I'm Kim, the heart behind Sage & Silver Nutrition.

I believe that nourishing your body shouldn't be complicated, overwhelming, or about following the latest diet trends. It should be about making simple, sustainable choices that help you feel your best at every stage of life.

But I haven't always felt this way.

Like many women, I've experienced the challenges of weight fluctuations, changing bodies, self-doubt, and putting everyone else's needs before my own.

At 56, I reached a turning point in my life. I realized that I wanted more than simply getting through each day. I wanted to feel stronger, healthier, more confident, and truly comfortable in my own skin.

That's when my journey toward better health and self-discovery really began.

I started focusing on nourishing my body, understanding what it needed, moving in ways that felt good, and creating habits that supported my overall well-being.

Most importantly, I learned that lasting change doesn't come from perfection. It comes from consistency, patience, and learning to give yourself grace.

Why I Created Sage & Silver Nutrition

My personal journey inspired me to pursue an education in holistic nutrition and turn my passion for helping others into something meaningful.

I created Sage & Silver Nutrition to help women, especially those in their 50s, 60s, and beyond, rediscover their confidence, understand their changing nutritional needs, and feel empowered to take charge of their health.

I understand that as we age, our bodies change. What worked for us in our 20s or 30s may no longer serve us today.

But I also believe that getting older doesn't mean giving up on feeling healthy, strong, vibrant, and confident.

My passion for simple, nourishing food also inspired me to create a line of homemade pantry staples under Sage & Silver Nutrition.

From protein granola and pancake mixes to flavourful spice blends, seasonings, and soup bases, each product is created with a simple goal: to make preparing delicious, nourishing meals easier and more enjoyable.
